Renewals
You are required to renew your green card every 10 years. Six months prior to your green card's expiration date, you can begin the renewal process. This process can be initiated from within the country or when you are currently abroad, you also have the right to renew your card if you are going to return within one year from the time you left the US. Our firm can help you get your green card renewed, and avoid any problems with this critical document you need to legally live and work in the US.

Removal of Condition
Some green cards are only valid for 2 years. These conditional green cards require that you file a petition to get the condition removed within 90 days of expiration. Failure to do so can mean that you are no longer legal to live and work in the country. There are several different processes for the removal of a condition, including a removal of a condition due to a marriage, or for entrepreneurs. We can help you maintain your legal residence and address the process of a removal of a condition.

Family Green Cards
Certain family members can get green cards through an application by their relative. You could be eligible to get a green card if you are the immediate relative of a person with US citizenship, such as a spouse, an unmarried child under 21, or are the parents of a US citizen over the age of 21. These are the first priority for green cards. You also could be eligible as a family member if you are the relative of a US citizen that is an unmarried son or daughter over the age of 21, a married child of a US citizen of any age, or are a brother or sister of a US citizen. There are also special categories of individuals who could be eligible, including a battered spouse or child, a foreign diplomat, are a widower of a US citizen, the fiancé of a US citizen, among others. Certain people can get a green card who are seeking asylum. We can help in any of these situations.
